Your roles as a partnering sponsor is critical to our mission, programs an resources we are able to provide!

How we need your help as a Sponsorship

  • Financial Sponsors.
  • Media Sponsors. Media sponsors are financial sponsors that secure advertising for an event.
  • In-Kind Sponsors. An in-kind sponsorship is an arrangement where the sponsoring business provides goods or services in lieu of direct financial support.
  • Promotional Partnerships.

Terms and Conditions

As a Sponsor your company desires to become a corporate sponsor of BWIS, and to provide financial support for BWIS and increase public awareness of its mission. As a sponsor you recognize, and agree to the following on the basis set out in BWIS Sponsorship Agreements.
 
BWIS and Sponsor agree as follows:
1. Sponsorship
1.1 Sponsorship Payment
To support BWIS charitable activities, Sponsor will make a sponsorship payment to BWIS in the amount and on the schedule set out in the Sponsorship Plan.
1.2 Sponsor Recognition
Sponsor will be a corporate sponsor of BWIS during the term or for the event specified in the Sponsorship Plan. BWIS will acknowledge Sponsor in accordance with its customary donor recognition practices and identify Sponsor as a corporate sponsor of BWIS in its internal and external communications, including, without limitation, on BWIS’s website
and in its marketing and outreach materials.
1.3 Publicity by Sponsor
Sponsor may identify itself as a corporate sponsor of BWIS during the term in internal and external communications, including, without limitation, on Sponsor’s website and in its marketing and outreach materials. Except as required by law, Sponsor will not issue any press release or other public statement (including on its website) relating to its Sponsorship without obtaining BWIS’s prior written consent.
 
1.4 No Substantial Return Benefit BWIS will provide Sponsor no “substantial return benefit” as defined in Section 513(i) of the Code and accompanying regulations. For clarity, any acknowledgment or identification of Sponsor will (a) be limited to a statement of acknowledgment or thanks and may include display of Sponsor’s marks in accordance with Section 2, and (b) not include any qualitative or comparative language, references to price, savings or value
information regarding any of Sponsor’s products or services.

BWIS WANTS OUR SPONSORS TO KNOW THAT WE OPERATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE AND FEDERAL COVID-19 GUIDELINES.

VENDORS RECOMMENDED TO:

– Quarantine for 14 days prior to the event

– Complete at Rapid COVID-19 test 7 days before the event. If your test is positive, please contact event Management for a future event credit.

– Wear masks at all times

– Set up their booths in a farmers’ market style with tables, shelves, and/or rolling racks facing out  

– Wipe down surfaces hourly with disinfecting wipes

– Maintain 6’ distance from other vendors and attendees

– Stay home if they are sick or are exhibiting any symptom associated with COVID-19

– Limit the number of staff in their booth to 2 people, including themselves

– Use touchless payment methods and not accept cash as a primary method of payment.

PROMOTION

Our marketing includes a mixed methods such as PR, advertising, social media and more. BWIS invests in our marketing efforts in order to spread the word. We create flyers, and secure partnerships with publications, apps, local and national news media. We also rely on the brands we partner with to promote to their fans as well- it takes a village.
